Eye Drops: Each ml contains 40 mg of Sodium Cromoglycate (4%) and 5 mg of Tetrahydrozoline (0.5%) in a sterile ophthalmic solution.
Indications:
Sodium Cromoglycate and Tetrahydrozoline Eye Drops are indicated for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with allergic conjunctivitis, including itching, redness, tearing, and swelling. They are also indicated for the relief of eye redness caused by minor irritants such as smoke, dust, or wind.
Usage:
Shake the bottle well before each use. Instill one to two drops of Sodium Cromoglycate and Tetrahydrozoline Eye Drops into the affected eye(s) as needed, up to four times daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Tilt your head back, pull down the lower eyelid, and place the prescribed number of drops into the eye(s) without touching the dropper tip to any surface. Blink gently to spread the medication evenly over the ocular surface.
Dosage:
The recommended dosage of Sodium Cromoglycate and Tetrahydrozoline Eye Drops is one to two drops into the affected eye(s) up to four times daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the recommended dosage without consulting your healthcare provider.
Side Effects:
Common side effects of Sodium Cromoglycate and Tetrahydrozoline Eye Drops may include temporary stinging or burning upon instillation, mild eye irritation, dryness, or blurred vision. These side effects are usually transient and resolve spontaneously. If you experience persistent or severe discomfort, discontinue use of the medication and consult your healthcare provider.
